Privacy policy

This policy covers this website and its contact form. The RAILDEX dashboard is a separate service that customers use under their own agreement with us, and it is not described here.

What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your professional email address, the option you pick under “I am interested in”, and your message if you write one. We also record the moment you submitted it. This site runs no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies, and we do not buy or enrich contact details from third parties.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. If you are already signed in to the RAILDEX dashboard, the page reads that existing session cookie for one purpose only — deciding whether to show you a link to the dashboard. Nothing about that check leaves your browser.
Why we use it
To read your request and answer it: sending sample routes, arranging a demo, or talking through a pilot. We do not profile you, we make no automated decisions about you, and we will not add you to a mailing list without asking first.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box before you send the form, together with our legitimate interest in replying to a business enquiry addressed to us. You can withdraw consent whenever you like; that does not undo anything we did while it was in force.
Who else sees it
Two providers handle the data on our behalf and on our instructions only: Resend, which delivers your submission to our inbox, and Vercel, which hosts this site and keeps ordinary server logs. Both operate outside the European Economic Area, so those transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data or pass it to anyone else.
How long we keep it
For as long as we are talking about your request, and at most 24 months after our last exchange. Then we delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to what we do with it, or receive it in a portable format. Write to bews@bews.es and we will reply within a month. If you are unhappy with how we handled it, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at aepd.es.
